Salient Features Of Our Injection Moulds

• All plates with pillar bush provision are done with CNC enabled machines, hence maintaining perfect sliding during mould operation.
• Pillar, Bushes guides are done on jig boring machine to achieve optimum matching of parts.
• Special cooling on core and cavity done to increase thermal efficiency and mould longevity.
• German grade P-20 used for cavity plate. Hardened wear resistant material used for sliding core.
• Cap core thread are made in CNC enabled machines to maintain uniform thread pitch and size for all cavity.
