• Pillar, Bushes guides are done on jig boring machine to achieve optimum matching of parts.
• Unique cooling systems on our blow mould ensures close and efficient heat transfer and enable our moulds to have low cycle times.
• Pillar and Bushes and Calibration ring hardened to ensure long and trouble free performance of our blow moulds.
• Unique neck design cutting edge, Venting design ensures good product quality (appearance, finish, stability, strength along parting lines especially bottom surface and handles).
